We are seeking a Commercial Roof Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using tools and a general understanding of basic repairs. Prior construction experience is a plus but not required.

Candidates must be proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team. This role demands a strong work ethic, solid problem-solving skills, and a valid, clean California driver’s license.

Additional requirements include:

Ability to drive a company vehicle

Willingness to work long hours in varying weather conditions (rain or sun)

Availability for occasional seasonal weekend shifts

Trainees that successfully complete a 6-month training period will receive a $500 bonus.
