****We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to grow its service business throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This relationship-driven role combines business development, account management, roof inspections, estimating, and close coordination with operations, with uncapped earning potential for a proven commercial construction sales professional.
What You'll Do as the Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative:
- Develop new commercial roofing and waterproofing service accounts throughout the DFW Metroplex
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, developers, and General Contractors
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of commercial customers
- Prospect through networking, referrals, industry relationships, cold outreach, and local market activity
- Perform commercial roof inspections and identify repair, maintenance, coating, and reroofing opportunities
- Evaluate visible roof conditions and recommend practical service solutions
- Prepare repair estimates, maintenance proposals, and customer presentations
- Sell preventive maintenance agreements and recurring service programs
- Develop opportunities for small reroofing and capital improvement projects
- Coordinate with operations, estimating, and field teams from proposal through project completion
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer activity, forecasts, and sales pipeline information
- Follow up on proposals and guide opportunities through the sales process
- Meet or exceed revenue, gross profit, account growth, and customer retention goals
- Maintain strong customer communication throughout project execution
- Travel locally across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for customer meetings and site inspections
- Serve as a long-term advisor rather than a transactional salesperson
Must-Haves as the Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative:
- 2 or more years of commercial roofing service sales, waterproofing service sales, construction sales, facilities-related sales, or comparable B2B experience
- Proven ability to generate new business and develop customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage both new business development and existing accounts
- Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills
- Ability to prepare or support service estimates and customer proposals
- Comfort working with operations and field teams
- Ability to climb ladders and perform commercial roof inspections
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex
- Ability to maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
- Consultative sales approach focused on solving customer problems and earning repeat business
