You will support all team members as needed to ensure the continued success of the estimating team, sales team, and production team. Responsibilities:

• Precisely estimate, compile bids, and generate comprehensive proposals, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

• Review and understand plans and specifications for new or re-roof projects as needed.

• Obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors, and negotiating prices.

• Review and prepare project bids in accordance with company procedures, ensuring overall cost accuracy and detailed qualifications, exclusions.

• Participate in pre- and post-project review meetings.

• Complete project closeout documents.

• Build and maintain customer relationships to secure profitable repeat business.

• Communicate effectively with all project contacts (internally and externally) throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage and prioritize multiple activities and projects simultaneously.

• Collaborate with Estimation and Sales Team on daily basis. Job Requirements:

• Advanced Proficiency in The Estimating Edge software required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating complex commercial/industrial roofing projects with strong attention to detail.

• Previous experience in Federal / Public Sector estimating workspace.

• Advanced knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing system design, installation, code compliance, and warranty requirements.

• Advanced knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, and commercial metal systems.

• Proficient in computerized estimating software (Edge Software).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.

• Motivated professional with ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.

• Ability to give clear instructions and explain problems effectively.

• Team-oriented mindset.
