About the Role

The Commercial Field Specialist is a hands-on, fast-paced role that bridges operations, customer service, and business development. You’ll start each morning on-site with our crews, helping ensure jobs run smoothly, materials are ready, and everyone has what they need. You’ll also capture drone photos, talk with property managers or residents, and represent Riley’s Roofing with professionalism and pride.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow into project management, estimating, or sales. After 3 months of proving yourself, you’ll earn a company truck and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as part of our leadership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Arrive at job sites early to meet crews and coordinate materials

Communicate with property managers, residents, and maintenance staff

Capture and upload drone photos/videos for project updates and reports

Pick up, deliver, or return materials and tools as needed

Perform minor roof patches and inspections

Assist in creating repair estimates and service reports

Keep warehouse and storage areas organized and stocked

Visit nearby buildings to introduce Riley’s Roofing and build new relationships

Send daily updates and photo links to the team

Learn roofing systems, materials, and processes continuously

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfortable on ladders and roofs

Drone experience (or willingness to learn)

Starting at $25/hour during the 90-day trial period
