    Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our crews on commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will be a skilled craftsman with a strong background in commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, EPDM, TPO, and PVC. This role requires a leader who is passionate about quality, committed to safety, and can effectively manage a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, supervise, and mentor a crew of roofing technicians on commercial job sites.

    • Manage all aspects of project execution, including planning, material management, and quality control.

    • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations.

    • Conduct on-site safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

    • Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure quality and address any issues promptly.

    • Train and develop crew members, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

    • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

    • Operate and maintain roofing equipment and tools.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a foreman or crew leader in the commercial roofing industry.

    • Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, and PVC.

    • Familiarity with Carlisle and Firestone products and installation processes is a plus.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

    • Commitment to safety and a clean safety record.

    • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
