    Hartford, CT 

    Compensation:
    • $105,000 – $115,000 Base Salary + bonuses and incentives
    • Higher Compensation Considered Based on Experience

    About The Opportunity:

    A nationally recognized commercial roofing organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow a service-focused branch in the Hartford, CT market.

    This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands commercial roofing operations, enjoys developing teams, building customer relationships, and driving branch growth. The location is well-positioned for expansion with a high concentration of commercial properties and strong long-term market potential.

    The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help scale the branch and continue building a high-performing team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily branch operations and field production
    • Lead, coach, and develop office and field team members
    • Drive business growth and expand customer relationships
    • Manage branch profitability, scheduling, and operational performance
    • Support estimating, project management, and service operations
    • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer service
    • Build and strengthen relationships with commercial clients
    • Recruit, hire, and develop additional team members as the branch grows
    • Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive Commercial Roofing Experience Required
    • Minimum 5 Years of Management or Supervisory Experience
    • Service Roofing Experience Strongly Preferred
    • Previous Project Management and Estimating Experience
    • Proven Ability to Build and Develop Teams
    • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
    • Ability to Build Long-Term Customer Relationships
    • Strong Organizational and Operational Management Skills
    • Driven, Growth-Oriented, and Self-Motivated
