Commercial Roofing Project Manager

We’re seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple roofing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget — all while maintaining strong client relationships and high standards of quality.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from planning through completion

• Oversee scheduling, budgets, materials, and manpower to ensure efficiency and profitability

• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure project accuracy

• Negotiate subcontracts, prepare purchase orders, and manage contract documentation

• Lead coordination among clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

• Track submittals, shop drawings, and change orders; ensure timely approvals and updates

• Resolve construction issues and maintain open communication with project stakeholders

• Participate in WIP reporting, forecasting, and monthly project reviews

• Support project closeout by ensuring all final documentation and as-builts are complete

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in construction or commercial roofing project management

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• OSHA 10 certification (preferred)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass background and drug screening
