Salary Range:
$75,000 – $100,000 annually

About the Role

We are a leading commercial roofing contractor delivering high-quality roofing solutions nationwide. Our work includes new construction, re-roofing, renovations, and ongoing maintenance across all major commercial roofing systems. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders

• Manage job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews

• Coordinate labor and subcontractors across assigned projects

• Perform plan and specification takeoffs for new construction and reroofing projects

• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding schedules and project progress

• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper inventory management

• Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings and complete project closeout documentation

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience; commercial roofing experience strongly preferred

• Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial roofing or a related industry

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software preferred

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to climb ladders and work on active job sites as required

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
