    We’re growing fast, and our Commercial Roofing Service & Repair division is adding a New Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial customer base. This role is based in Mifflinburg, PA, a location about 75 minutes from Harrisburg, PA. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and introducing high-value roofing services and maintenance solutions to commercial clients. You’ll work with property managers, facility directors, business owners, and general contractors to establish long-term partnerships and generate new service opportunities. Benefits include: PTO, Vehicle fuel & Mileage Reimbursement, tablet, paid training, retirement match, and health insurance. Compensation: $90,000 base months 1 - 4; $70,000 base month 5 and beyond, plus bonus opportunity up to $19,000 year one based upon achieved metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in prospecting environments, enjoys opening new accounts, and excels at building trust with decision-makers. This position plays a key role in the long-term growth and market expansion of our commercial service division. Responsibilities: What You’ll Get to See • A wide variety of commercial buildings, roofing systems, and real-world problem-solving situations across your territory • A direct impact of turning new relationships into long-term service partnerships • The growth of Equity Roofing’s commercial service division through new account development What You’ll Get to Do Generate New Commercial Relationships • Identify and pursue new commercial accounts through cold outreach, networking, and field visits • Build relationships with property managers, facility teams, business owners, and general contractor partners • Attend industry events, trade groups, and networking opportunities Identify Opportunities and Present Solutions • Conduct on-site commercial roof assessments to identify needs and opportunities • Create proposals for repair, maintenance, and service programs • Introduce Equity Roofing’s service programs and educate clients on long-term roofing solutions Collaborate with the Service Team • Work with the Service Coordinator and Field Technicians to ensure accurate scopes • Support the handoff of new clients to the Service Account Manager and service team Use Systems to Track Growth • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline development in the CRM • Achieve monthly and quarterly new account goals What You’ll Experience • A fast-paced environment where initiative, persistence, and relationship-building drive success • A company that values structure, accountability, and high standards • Opportunities to build new partnerships and expand Equity Roofing’s commercial presence • Collaboration across Sales, Service, Production, and Office teams • A role where your outreach directly impacts company growth and market expansion • Ongoing training, development, and support from leadership Qualifications: • 2+ years in business development, sales, or commercial account acquisition • 2+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or building services • Proficient with technology, tablets, mobile apps, CRM systems (Zuper), and photo documentation • Strong communication, networking, and prospecting skills • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline • Valid PA driver’s license • Ability to travel within a 2-hour radius of the service area Who Thrives Here (Culture & Values Fit) You’ll be successful if you naturally:Do whatever it takes to ensure jobs run smoothly • Think win‑win and foster positive customer experiences • Remain professional with crews, customers, and suppliers • Focus on quality and enforce installation and safety standards • Stay calm under pressure and anticipate issues before they escalate • Communicate clearly, proactively, and respectfully • Lead through accountability without harming morale Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly plus bonus opportunity
