    We’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale a powerhouse commercial roofing sales team in Orlando. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a growing regional market and make a direct impact on revenue, market share, and long-term growth.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead & Build a Winning Sales Team
    You’ll recruit, hire, and develop top-tier sales professionals and create a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration. Through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on leadership, you’ll help your team close more business and grow their careers.

    Drive Revenue & Market Expansion
    You’ll design and execute regional sales strategies that grow market share, bring in new customers, and deepen relationships with existing accounts. From complex commercial reroofs to large-scale opportunities, you’ll play a key role in winning high-value projects.

    Own the Pipeline & Performance
    You’ll manage the entire opportunity pipeline—ensuring strong forecasting, disciplined follow-up, and consistent execution. You’ll establish KPIs, lead regular pipeline and performance reviews, and keep your team focused on hitting and exceeding targets.

    Collaborate Across the Business
    You’ll work closely with operations, estimating, marketing, and national accounts to ensure seamless execution from sale to project completion. You’ll also provide leadership with clear insights on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven success leading sales teams in commercial construction, roofing, or a related industry
    • Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles and complex deal management
    • A track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams
    • Experience managing pipelines, KPIs, forecasts, and revenue targets
    • Confident, decisive leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire
    • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills

    Compensation & Growth

    • Base salary of $100,000+ (commensurate with experience)

    Preferred Experience
