Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

*Commercial Roofing experience is required in order to be considered*

Location: Houston, TX (In-Office)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $75,000–$95,000 (DOE)
• Uncapped Commission + Bonus Incentives

Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to develop new business and grow existing accounts. This role focuses on building relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and other key decision-makers.

Candidates with experience selling commercial roofing, building envelope, or related construction services (HVAC, flooring, waterproofing, MEP, fire protection, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
• Perform roof inspections and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Work closely with estimating, project management, and operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage sales activity and pipeline through CRM software.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing sales or business development within the commercial construction industry.
• Existing relationships within the Houston commercial market are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to customer sites.
