We work with property managers, HOAs, building owners, and commercial facilities across the Denver metro area and in the mountains.

We're really looking for the right person for this position and we believe we have a lot to offer. Whoever we hire will be given 350+ commercial contacts to immediately call on. We've been working on these relationships for years and we want to set the right person up for success.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners, and commercial clients

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach

Perform roof and exterior inspections to identify repair or replacement needs

Collaborate with operations to create clear, professional proposals

Manage projects and client relationships from initial contact through completion

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable networking and developing new business

Organized and detail-oriented

Roofing or exterior experience required

Compensation & Benefits

$45,000 base salary. This is non-negotiable.

High commission structure with uncapped earning potential

Flexible schedule and autonomy
