    WeatherPro installs premium roofs, windows, siding, and doors in the Milwaukee area and is looking to grow our commercial roofing division. We are Journal Sentinel Top Choice roofing contractor and have been installing the best roofing systems in the Milwaukee area since 2008. We are the professionals our clients trust to protect their commercial real estate investments, property contents, and occupants from the harsh Wisconsin elements.

    We are looking for someone with knowledge in the commercial roofing and property maintenance industry who has ability to build long term relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility managers. You must be a self-starter, motivated to succeed, and work well with our amazing employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, data mining, and attending industry events.

    Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support. Entertain clients as necessary.

    Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our roofing solutions.

    Site Evaluations: Conduct on-site assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate roofing systems and services.

    Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales while ensuring profitability for the company.

    Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our services.

    Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

    Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM software.

    Skills & Experience Needed:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.

    Experience with other exterior products such as siding and windows is a plus.

    Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively manage relationships.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
