We are currently hiring someone who can perform roof inspections for defects and maintenance items, coordinate with contractors for repairs, respond to leak calls to find the cause of the leak and then coordinate with contractors for repairs. Additionally, when not performing this work will act as a Quality Assurance Inspector for re-roofing and new construction projects.

The ideal candidate needs to be detail oriented, organized, honest, hard-working, knowledgeable in all types of roofing, have a desire to learn new things, and be flexible as needed. It's roofing - weather may change the plan for the day, but just because a roofing contractor isn't on the jobsite doesn't mean it's a day off for us. There is always work to do.

Qualifications: Knowledgeable in all types of roofing. Be organized and detail oriented Know how to use MS Word, MS Outlook, and Dropbox. Know how to read blueprints and specifications. Have a strong work ethic Be able to pass a drug test Be able to pass a government background check Be able to handle confrontation and keep calm Have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record (the occasional ticket is ok) Be able to and willing to follow directions

Physical Requirements: Able to handle a Little Giant 22 ft. ladder numerous times a day Able to climb 7 flights of scaffolding and then performing an inspection Able to walk all types of roofs Able to bend, kneel, and move easily
