Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 annually

Position Overview

A leading commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Estimator to support operations in the Cleveland market. This role is responsible for developing accurate, detailed estimates and supporting projects from bid through closeout. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while taking ownership of the estimating process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates including labor, materials, equipment, overhead, and related costs

• Demonstrate expertise across commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of customer service

• Ensure all estimates align with industry standards, manufacturer requirements, and safety regulations

• Stay current on material pricing, market conditions, and system specifications

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure scope accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial roofing estimating experience
  (Residential-only experience will not be considered)

• Proficiency with computerized estimating software; Edge Estimating preferred

• Strong knowledge of roofing system design, installation methods, codes, and warranty requirements

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
