Commercial Roofing Service Foreman
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Foreman to lead our roofing service crews in Charleston, South Carolina. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure commercial roofing repairs and maintenance projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Crew: Supervise and support service teams on-site, fostering teamwork, accountability, and safety.
Plan and Execute Projects: Coordinate daily work schedules and service calls to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.
Ensure Quality Work: Inspect completed repairs and maintenance jobs to confirm all work meets company and industry standards.
Champion Safety: Promote and enforce OSHA compliance, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all PPE is properly used.
Build Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing clear communication and professional problem-solving.
Manage Resources: Oversee materials, tools, and equipment to maintain efficiency and cost control.
Document Everything: Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and site conditions.
What You Bring
At least 3 years of experience as a Foreman in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Deep knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
Commitment to job site safety and OSHA compliance.
Preferred (but not required)
Familiarity with roofing software (e.g., DataForma)
OSHA 10/30, Aerial Lift, Forklift, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
