Location: Hampton Roads Area, VA (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News, and surrounding cities) Relocation Allowance Available

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading field operations on large-scale commercial roofing jobs
• Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety
• Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
• Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
• Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers
• Enforcing all OSHA and job-site safety requirements
• Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving
• Comfortable with 50%+ travel

Background Profile

• Expertise in: Large-scale commercial roofing projects (reroofing, restoration, waterproofing, and full lifecycle project execution)
• 5+ years’ experience in: Commercial roofing industry (multi-million-dollar healthcare, government, institutional, and industrial projects)
• Exposure to: Complex reroofing projects in regulated environments (healthcare, military, education) with strong safety and compliance standards
• Working knowledge of: Commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Metal, SPF, Green & Solar roofing) and industry software such as Procore and/or The Edge
• Education or equivalent experience: Relevant construction education OR equivalent hands-on commercial roofing & waterproofing experience
