Lead Superintendent – Commercial Roofing
Location: Summit County – Copper Mountain to Keystone and Winter Park when applicable

What You’ll Do
- As the Lead Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind our on-site operations. Every day brings a new challenge, and you’ll play a vital role in:
- Leading and motivating crews while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project
- Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment to keep jobs on track and on budget
- Overseeing workmanship standards, correcting deficiencies, and ensuring top-quality results
- Using technology to document progress with photos, field reports, and CRM updates
- Serving as the go-to point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clear communication and solutions
- Coaching and developing foremen and crew members to grow their skills and careers
- Taking part in pre-construction walkthroughs and ensuring flawless closeouts
- Managing warranty-related work and collaborating with the service department when needed
Schedule
- Full-time, Exempt, Salaried
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Commercial & Sloped Roofing Expertise: 5+ years managing crews installing systems like asphalt shingles, standing seam, concrete tile, faux shake/slate, EPDM, TPO, and PVC
- Proven Leadership: Ability to supervise, mentor, and hold crews accountable
- Strong Communication: Skilled at working with crews, clients, and office staff
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, mobile apps, and field service software
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation
- Bonus Points: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Work Environment
- Frequent access to roofs, ladders, and elevated work zones
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and carry tools/materials regularly
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions year-round
- PPE provided and required for safety
