Job Description
Join a high-performing team and help grow our Commercial HVAC/Plumbing services. You'll build client relationships, sell solutions, and collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow a book of business focused on HVAC service contracts and preventative maintenance
Build long-term relationships with property managers , facility directors , and building owners
Identify retrofit and upgrade opportunities — then work with internal teams to scope, price, and deliver
Act as the go-to partner for your clients — from initial contract to ongoing service and satisfaction
Qualifications
What You Bring:
3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or facilities management
Strong background in service-based sales — think contracts, not one-time installs
Comfort working with building operators , engineers, and decision-makers across commercial real estate, education, healthcare, or industrial clients
Self-starter with a hunter’s mindset and a farmer’s heart (yes, both)
