Why This Role Stands Out This is a high-opportunity B2B sales role with strong base pay and significant bonus and commission potential. In addition to traditional relationship-based sales, this position participates in an emergency/on-call lead rotation, creating additional earning opportunities when urgent commercial losses occur after hours, nights, or weekends.

What You’ll Do
Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients including: Property management groups, hospitality, healthcare, education, and senior living facilities
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including: sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management and support as needed.
Research and secure Local, Regional, and National Pre-Loss Agreements
Participate in an emergency/on-call rotation to respond to urgent commercial leads
Track pipeline activity and submit required reports
Communicate with customers regarding the restoration process and schedule.
Coordinate with internal operations and production teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience (service or emergency-response industries preferred)
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
Comfortable responding to after-hours emergency leads
Motivated by bonuses, commissions, and growth opportunities
Pay, Benefits & Perks
Base Salary: $60,000/year
Impressive bonus and commission structure

Requirements
Must pass a background check back to age 18
Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Willingness to participate in an on-call emergency response rotation
