This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building long-term business relationships with property managers, facility managers, commercial real estate professionals, manufacturers, industrial facilities, churches, healthcare organizations, schools, municipalities, and multi family property owners.     Position Summary

    The Commercial Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and developing commercial business opportunities, conducting property assessments, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This is a consultative sales role focused on creating lasting partnerships rather than transactional sales.

    Develop relationships with:

    Commercial property owners

    Property management companies

    Facility managers

    Commercial real estate firms

    Asset managers

    General contractors

    HOAs

    Apartment ownership groups.

    Industrial facilities

    Municipal agencies

    Prospect and generate new commercial opportunities

    Conduct roof and exterior building inspections

    Utilize drone technology for inspections Identify repair, restoration, maintenance, and replacement opportunities

    Develop preventive roof maintenance programs

    Present capital replacement recommendations

    Prepare professional proposals

    Build long-term service agreements

    Coordinate with insurance adjusters when storm damage occurs

    Manage customer relationships throughout each project

    Generate referrals and repeat business

    Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software

    Represent Storm Guard at networking events, trade associations, and community organizations

    Qualifications

    B2B outside sales experience

    Valid driver's license
