    Role Overview

    The Commercial Sales Executive is a senior, relationship-driven sales professional responsible for developing and closing commercial solar opportunities with business owners, CFOs, and executive leadership teams.

    This role operates as part of the sales team under the Sales Manager and works closely with engineering, development, and construction to deliver feasible, high-quality projects.

    While a strong pipeline is provided, the role also includes independently developing new opportunities through networking and relationship building.

    This is a career sales role built on integrity, collaboration, and long-term partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive Relationship Building

    Build trusted relationships with owners, CFOs, and board members

    Serve as a strategic energy partner, not a transactional salesperson

    Opportunity Development

    Manage provided opportunities through the full sales cycle

    Independently source new commercial prospects and referral relationships

    Consultative Sales Process

    Understand financial, operational, and risk drivers

    Present technically and financially viable solutions

    Guide long decision cycles professionally

    Team Collaboration & Alignment

    Work closely with internal technical teams

    Respect feasibility feedback and cost realities

    Set accurate customer expectations

    Never overpromise scope or timelines

    Required Experience

    5+ years B2B or enterprise sales experience
