Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a motivated sales professional with a background or understanding of construction, design, or building materials.

Pay range 40k-50k + incentives and spiff opportunities

** What You’ll Do:**

As a Sales Associate, you’ll combine sales, customer service, and creativity to help customers bring their vision to life. You will:

• Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, by phone, and at local home shows
• Help customers design and select fireplaces, grills, pergolas, and shade structures
• Enter orders, process payments, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with builders, landscapers, and contractors on larger projects
• Share product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A passion for design, outdoor living, and lifestyle solutions
• Willingness to learn new products and processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, internet tools)
• Prior sales experience required; bilingual skills are a plus
