Job Overview:
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial fleet customers, ensuring their tire and service needs are met efficiently. You will actively develop new leads, manage a sales funnel, and follow a structured sales process to achieve monthly sales goals.
Your daily tasks will include visiting customers within a 50-mile radius, identifying cost-effective solutions, and providing exceptional service. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Key objectives include driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and meeting cost-per-mile targets. Your performance will be evaluated based on sales volume, customer retention, and adherence to company processes.
Background Profile:
2+ years of outside sales experience in the tire or a related industry
Good communication and organizational skills
Good computer skills and MS Office knowledge
Benefits, Compensation, & Features:
$60,000-$65,000 plus commission
