    What You’ll Do

    Develop new commercial and multifamily client relationships

    Sell plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical service agreements

    Identify capital improvement and replacement opportunities

    Walk properties and identify preventative maintenance needs

    Work with estimating and operations to deliver clean scopes and pricing

    Maintain ongoing relationships with property managers and ownership groups

    Drive recurring revenue through service contracts

    Represent J National at industry events (BOMA, IREM, trade associations)

    What We’re Looking For

    3+ years commercial services sales experience (plumbing, HVAC, mechanical preferred)

    Existing relationships within property management or commercial real estate a plus

    Ability to sell service contracts and larger scope projects

    Strong communication and follow-through

    Self-motivated, structured, and accountable

    Comfortable working alongside operations and estimating teams

    Compensation

    Competitive base salary + aggressive commission structure
