    Job Description

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and strengthen relationships through face‑to‑face selling
    • Develop opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
    • Work closely with landscape architects, engineers, municipalities, developers, and designers
    • Host lunch‑and‑learns and educational presentations
    • Visit active commercial job sites and support projects from design through execution
    • Leverage advanced technology and data tools to manage a long sales cycle
    • Represent Techo‑Bloc as a trusted technical and design partner—not just a vendor
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, building materials, or related fields preferred)
    • Ability to read blueprints and understand design intent
    • Comfort working with architectural and engineering firms
    • Experience with tools like CMD, Insight, or Dodge Reports is a plus
    • Strong organization, follow‑up, and negotiation skills
    • Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable managing complex projects
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
    • Valid driver’s license and passport (international travel may be required)

    A background in Landscape Architecture or design is strongly preferred—but we provide the training to build deep hardscape expertise.
