    Budget Blinds of Wilmington is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on developing and growing our commercial window coverings business, with residential leads provided as needed to keep your pipeline full.

    You’ll work with Facility Managers, General Contractors, Builders, Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, and Landlords, responding to RFPs, reviewing plans, and completing takeoffs for commercial projects.

    What You’ll Do

    Drive commercial sales growth for a full-service window coverings company in Wilmington and surrounding areas

    Meet with contractors, builders, property managers, and other commercial partners to get on their bid lists

    Respond to RFPs, review architectural plans, and complete takeoffs

    We can supplement your pipeline with residential leads if needed to fill up your pipeline

    What We’re Looking For

    Background in the window covering industry, construction, commercial sales, home improvement, or architecture preferred

    Comfortable reading plans, specifications, and drawings

    Experience with takeoffs and estimating is a strong plus

    Existing contacts with contractors, builders, or related professionals in the area is preferred

    Strong attention to detail and follow-through

    Self-motivated, organized, and professional communicator
