Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Commercial Service Plumber to join our team in Columbia, SC. In this role, you’ll respond to service calls and perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on commercial plumbing systems for a wide variety of facilities, including schools, office buildings, retail centers, and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues in commercial settings
• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and commercial plumbing components
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Read blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
• Collaborate with service coordinators and other technicians to ensure timely job completion
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on site
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing service
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments, including rooftops and crawl spaces
• SC Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred (or ability to obtain)
