Commercial Service Superintendent - Construction Roofing - Base Salary to 95k/year - Waco, TX

• Our client is a growing commercial roofing firm that has specialized in protecting businesses across Texas for over 30 years. The company is known for dependable service, proven systems, and a people-first approach. Their service division is expanding, and Commercial Service Superintendent to lead field operations and client coordination.
  
• The Commercial Service Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the commercial service crews. This role combines leadership, scheduling, safety, client communication, and technical oversight. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Commercial Service Superintendent ensures high-quality execution of leak repairs, preventative maintenance, warranty service, and emergency response work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor commercial service crews, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with OSHA standards.
  
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify work quality against manufacturer specifications and internal benchmarks.
  
• Prioritize and assign service tickets in coordination with dispatch and the Service Manager.
  
• Serve as the on-site liaison with property managers, owners, and facility teams.
  
• Respond to urgent weather-related or after-hours service needs as required.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of service tickets, safety reports, photos, and material use via company software.
  
• Coordinate logistics to ensure crews have necessary materials, equipment, and job readiness.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of commercial roofing experience with 2+ years in a service crew supervisory role.
  
• In-depth experience with low-slope roofing systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR.
  
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
  
• Capable of interpreting blueprints/specs and proficient in mobile job tracking software.
  
• Experience in a service/maintenance division within commercial roofing.
  
• Manufacturer certifications for commercial systems.
  
• Background in emergency response planning or storm response coordination.
