    Commercial Service Technician will be responsible for service calls of alarm, camera and access control systems, and other life safety systems in new and existing buildings in all types of construction. Must know how to program DSC NEO and Qolsys systems with knowledge of Alarm.com software.

    The Commercial Service Technician will be traveling 50%-75% of the time. Company vehicle and gas card will be provided.

    The pay rate for this position is up to $30 per hour depending on experience and ability.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    · Running service calls on existing customers systems

    · Assisting Customer Service team with answering service-related questions

    · Ability to wire and diagnose issues with access control systems

    Assisting Engineering team on pre-site walk thru to determine supplies needed for installation

    · IP configuration on camera systems

    Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring schematics/diagrams

    · Ability to navigate CRM software system for important job details

    · Ability to operate Surface Tablet

    Education and/or Experience

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Working knowledge of security, surveillance and access control software applications.

    DSC, Qolsys and Alarm.com
