    Base Salary: $65,000-70,000 depending on experience + commission (On-Target Earnings: $125,000)

    About the Opportunity

    · We are seeking a driven Commercial Services Sales Representative who wants to stand out, not blend in. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder and business developer who enjoys helping commercial clients protect and extend the life of one of their most valuable assets — their building. This role is focused on developing new business while building long-term partnerships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers responsible for building maintenance and capital improvements.

    Sales Representative – Commercial Services

    · We are looking for a sales professional who understands how to create trust, uncover real customer needs, and position solutions that deliver long-term value. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and growing a book of business.

    · While commercial roofing experience is helpful, it is not required. We are open to candidates coming from related commercial service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, fire suppression, elevator services, pest control, commercial landscaping, or other building and facility maintenance sectors.

    · Comfortable with cold calls, in-person drop-ins, networking events, and digital outreach

    · Confident presenting solutions and negotiating agreements with commercial clients


    Experience & Background

    · 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within commercial maintenance or building service industries

    · Existing relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, or commercial decision-makers is a plus

    · Demonstrated ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close business

    · Strong communication, listening, and consultative selling skills


    What You’ll Do

    · Prospect and develop new commercial clients across Memphis and the surrounding market

    · Build relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility decision-makers

    · Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance, repairs, roof coatings, and replacement projects

    · Conduct building consultations and present roofing solutions that protect long-term building performance

    · Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

    · Track opportunities, follow up consistently, and maintain an active sales pipeline

    · Represent the company professionally in the market through networking and relationship building


    Compensation & Benefits

    · Base Salary: $65-70k depending on experience

    · Commission: Uncapped earning potential

    · On-Target Earnings: Approximately $125,000
