Job Summary

We are seeking a experienced Shopping Center Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. Responsibilities

Oversee all office procedures and personnel

Monitor rental payments and delinquencies

Respond to tenant and property owner inquiries

Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs

Provide administrative support and other duties as needed

Follow all ADA guidelines for common areas

Ensure all books, records and agreements are accurately kept

Maintain knowledge of lease and renewal language

Prepare annual budgets and estimated CAM expenses

Accountable for all property owner's income, expenses, distributions and reserves

Monitor security for common areas

Qualifications

5 years of proven working experience in shopping center property management

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Property Management or Real Estate License preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

Experience with property management software preferred

Experience working with security companies
