    Summary of Responsibilities

    We’re seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with proven success in strategic account growth and large-scale project sales. This is your opportunity to shape the future of solar energy, work with high-level decision-makers, and drive meaningful impact in sustainable energy solutions. This position requires strong leadership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and expertise in sales.

    Essential Functions

    • Sales Growth: Identify and secure commercial solar opportunities across GA and the Southeast.
    • Client & Partner Management: Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for enterprise-level clients and large-scale projects.
    • Account Expansion: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
    • Pipeline & Performance: Manage sales forecasts, KPIs, and market analysis to drive revenue.
    • Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless project execution and strategic planning.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 3-5 years of experience in sales in a B2B environment.
    • Established executives network within the commercial and industrial sectors.
    • Technical proficiency including CRM systems, Google Console, MS Suite; Aurora Solar (solar design software), and Scoop Solar (project installation software) is a plus.

    Compensation 

    • Salary: $30,000 - $300,000 per year (base salary + 3%-4% commission on closed deals)
    • Quarterly Bonuses: Based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
