Engineering Manager – Sales & Business Development Track
We’re seeking a high-potential engineering leader for a unique hybrid role that blends technical expertise with strategic business development. This position sits within the sales function and is designed to evolve into an Engineering Manager role within two years.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of sales engineers and business development representatives, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, architects, and engineers. You’ll champion initiatives in sustainability, innovation, and regional market growth, and play a pivotal role in shaping project strategies across multiple business units.
Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering degree (structural emphasis preferred), a strong foundation in commercial strategy or sales, and the ambition to advance. Relocation flexibility within three years is required for career progression.
