Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Fort Myers / Naples)

This role is well-suited for a Superintendent who prefers consistent regional work, a collaborative team environment, and projects that are thoughtfully planned and well-supported.

The position focuses on commercial retail construction projects throughout Fort Myers to Naples, with additional superintendent support in nearby markets and a stable, long-term pipeline of work.

What You’d Be Responsible For

• Leading day-to-day field operations on active construction sites

• Coordinating subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics

• Overseeing projects that include site work and vertical construction

• Maintaining quality, safety, and organization on the jobsite

• Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution

• Leveraging support from additional superintendents and regional teams

Experience That Tends to Translate Well

• Around 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

• Background in retail construction, including buildouts and ground-up projects

• Ability to manage full-scope construction independently

• Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style and strong field presence

Compensation & Structure

• Estimated salary range: $120,000 – $140,000
