The Role

As a Local Superintendent, you’ll manage a single high-end restaurant project from mobilization through closeout. You’ll act as a true Superintendent — coordinating subcontractors, driving the schedule, and ensuring quality — with no self-perform work.

What We’re Looking For

• Superintendent experience with a GC building high-end restaurants

• Strong tenure with past employers

• Proven ability to coordinate subs and manage schedules

• Clear, professional communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $115K–$125K

• Overtime: OT premium over 40 hours

• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

• PTO: 15 days for new hires

• Overtime pay and mileage reimbursement
