• Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.

• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work to maintain project timelines.

• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of zero incidents.

• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress updates.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery.

• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent handling K-12 projects.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• OSHA certification preferred.
