Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Headquarters are in Orlando, but this specific job is in Naples, FL (Travel Project)

A growing Commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a restaurant restoration project in Naples, Florida. This company has built a strong reputation for quality work, employee growth, and maintaining a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience and be comfortable managing projects independently with minimal supervision. High-end restaurant, hospitality, renovation, and commercial project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and jobsite schedules
• Maintain project quality, safety, and schedule performance
• Conduct inspections and oversee project sequencing
• Communicate with Project Managers, owners, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience
• Strong commercial construction background required
• Experience with restaurant, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use projects preferred
• Experience managing high-end interior finishes is a plus
• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain schedules
• Strong field leadership and problem-solving skills
• OSHA knowledge and safety experience required
• Ability to travel for projects if needed
