    We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to take advantage of our current booming construction economy.

As the employer of the skilled tradesmen and as an extension of our client’s human resource department we are responsible for staffing projects through our leasing program.

    SOME OF THE RECRUITER'S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

    • Working with existing and prospective clients and account managers to establish recruiting goals for existing and upcoming projects
    • Focus on DAILY recruiting of quality construction candidates to grow the core employee base.
    • Completing and maintaining employee hire paperwork including W4's, I-9's, E-verification, etc.
    • Researching new methods of recruiting. IE: trade shows, college fairs, new websites, print media, etc...
    • Monitoring and managing existing field employees, including: Hiring, Counseling, Terminations
    • Being able to field incoming sales phone calls and understand the sales process to provide the best possible service our clients
    • Make hiring decisions
    • Other duties as directed by the General Manager

    This recruiter will be on the phone talking to different people daily as projects move through the process. This is a fast paced, high-volume position that will allow you the opportunity to be trained in all aspects of sales and the recruiting process.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high volume recruiting and staffing environment
    • Preferred experience in the construction industry
    • Must have experience conducting interviews to determine eligibility for hire
    • Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
