    Position Overview:
    We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Commercial Vehicle Sales Representative to join our Valley Park team. In this role, your primary objective will be to promote and sell commercial and specialty vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads and follow up with leads consistently
    • Actively manage and maintain customer relationships using CRM system
    • Identify and initiate contact with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
    • Build and develop long-term relationships with customers
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
    • Prepare quotes, bids, and financing packages
    • Ability to collaborate with other departments in a team-oriented environment
    • Conduct field-based product demonstrations for potential customers
    • Each week will vary between in-office work (admin, follow-ups, quotes) and fieldwork (customer visits, demos, prospecting)
    • Represent Southern Bus & Mobility at local conferences, state and national trade shows
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory conducting face-to-face sales calls (overnight stays may be required)
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years in B2B sales
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Proficient in using CRM / Salesforce, MS Office suite, and other sales tools
    • Proficient in using MS Teams and Zoom for meetings
    • Familiarity with ADA vehicle requirements and mobility solutions is a plus
