Best Choice Roofing of Greater St. Louis is one of Missouri’s fastest-growing roofing and exterior remodeling companies — an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor known for quality, reliability, and professionalism.
We are expanding our commercial division and seeking to partner with independently operated commercial roofing businesses performing low-slope and flat-roof projects throughout St. Charles County and the Greater St. Louis metro area.
Work You’ll Perform
We’re looking for skilled commercial crews experienced with:
TPO, EPDM, and PVC single-ply systems
Modified bitumen and built-up roofing (BUR)
Roof coatings (silicone, acrylic, elastomeric)
Commercial tear-offs and reroofs
Flashing, insulation, and roof edge metal installation
Light sheet metal and trim work
Leak repairs and maintenance programs
Our projects include office buildings, retail centers, multi-family complexes, warehouses, and institutional facilities.

Requirements
To qualify for subcontracted work, crews must provide:
Valid driver’s license
Social Security card or FEIN letter (matching your entity name)
Completed W-9 Form
Proof of active General Liability ($1M / $2M aggregate) and Workers’ Compensation ($1M) coverage
Acknowledgment of OSHA Compliance and Site Safety Requirements
All tools, equipment, safety gear, and reliable transportation
Insurance policies must cover commercial roofing operations and match the insured entity on your license or FEIN.

Prompt payment upon completion of approved work per independent contractor agreement
Payment is made on a per-project basis according to agreed contract terms. No hourly wages, benefits, or employee-type supervision are provided.
