About the Role:

Join Renu Surface Restoration Inc as a PART TIME Commercial Carpet and Tile Cleaning Sales professional! In this dynamic role, you will connect with businesses in Rochester, NY, providing them with top-notch cleaning solutions while contributing to a cleaner environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial carpet and tile cleaning sector.

Targets are large space buildings that may/does have significant square footage of carpet or tile throughout the building.

Commercial office buildings.

Office Parks

Business Parks

Churches/Religious faciliities/places of worship

Apartment complexes

Commercial Property Owners

Sports facilities

Senior Living facilities

Stop in, drop off flyer(s), identify and ask to see appropriate personnel that would be responsible for outsourcing carpet and tile cleaning needs.

Maintain a customer contact database that can be used for email/contact campaigns

Part-time position, flexible hours, expenses paid.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or facility services industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer service.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
