We are currently hiring a Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to service accounts in the Naples and Bonita Springs area. This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent part-time work with a stable weekly schedule, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work close to home.
Schedule
Sunday through Thursday
Friday and Saturday Off Every Week
Sunday: Start around 9:00 AM until assigned cleans are completed
Monday – Thursday: Start around 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM until assigned cleans are completed
While the specific accounts you service may vary, your overall work week will remain consistent.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks according to company standards.
Responsibilities
Perform routine commercial cleaning services
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Restock supplies as needed
Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
Reliable transportation
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
