Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 200 firm with an immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney in its Phoenix office. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-stakes commercial litigation matters while enjoying the support of a dynamic, collaborative team and a flexible hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do:
Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Serve as second chair on complex, multi-claim, document-intensive cases
Act as first chair on smaller, independent matters
Take ownership of ESI (electronically stored information) management and large-document case handling
Draft compelling motions, briefs, and pleadings
Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and trials (if experienced)
Requirements:
3–5 years of strong commercial litigation experience
Proficiency in managing ESI and large-scale document discovery with minimal supervision
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Experience in depositions, oral arguments, or trial work is a plus
Arizona Bar admission required
Strong organizational and case management skills
