Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team in the Oklahoma City market. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial roofing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates must have prior commercial roofing experience and reside in the greater Oklahoma City area.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine roof inspections and maintain manufacturer warranties
• Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial and industrial roofing systems
• Survey existing roof conditions and provide accurate estimates for small-scope repairs
• Lead, train, and supervise helper(s) in repair work and light construction
• Work across various commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and Modified Bitumen
• Maintain accurate records for time, materials, and completed work
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
Requirements
• Commercial roofing experience required (BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, and other low-slope systems)
• Proven ability to lead and develop small field teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field applications
• Ability to complete daily reporting and documentation
• Strong communication skills with both customers and coworkers
• Willingness to learn and utilize company software systems
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Ability to travel locally as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial roofing supervision experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
