About the Role:

Mayne Mechanical LLC is looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Sykesville, MD. Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, air handlers, and boilers

Perform preventative maintenance on commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues across a variety of commercial systems

Complete service calls efficiently and professionally at commercial customer sites

Document service work, parts used, and system conditions accurately in work orders

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and management

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in a clean and organized manner

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC service and repair experience

EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification required

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
