As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational oversight of multiple locations within a specific area. You will be expected to execute and manage the company’s standards and procedures for overall customer service satisfaction and excellence! This position requires travel 100% of the time within the areas of responsibility of:

Cordele/Americus/Vienna/Unadilla/Ashburn

Responsibilities:

· Train new employees

· Monitor and track employee posted schedule

· Perform facility visits to evaluate operations and compliance

· Perform supply inventory checks to include restock, order through appropriate channels, and evaluate usage to determine cost efficiency

· Will be the dedicated assist and/or alternate crew member for each facility assigned in the area of responsibility

Qualifications and Skills:

· Must be at least 18 yrs old

· Must be flexible Sunday through Saturday based on the contract for each facility

· Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel for day-to-day operations. Travel will be structured and scheduled based on pre-determined factors for each facility contract

· Must have a minimum of 2 years verified supervisor or management experience

· Must have a minimum of 2 years verified commercial cleaning experience

· Strong leadership-must have the ability to inspire, mentor, and have accountability for employees

· Communication-Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must

· Problem-Solving-Must have the ability to identify, problem solve, and/or elevate matters in a timely and efficient manner

· Must have a reliable smart phone with reliable self-WIFI.
