Role Overview
We’re hiring a hungry, entrepreneurial Account Sales Manager to land and grow corporate & institutional catering accounts. You’ll be focused on closing businesses, schools, and healthcare orgs that want healthy, recurring meal solutions for their people.
This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who thrives on results and wants to build a book of business with residual income potential.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and close accounts for recurring corporate meal programs.
Build lasting relationships with HR teams, admins, and school directors.
Customize meal solutions for each client’s needs.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth service.
Attend networking events, conduct tastings, and build pipeline.
What You’ll Earn
💸 Full Commission Structure:
Up to 20% commission on all first orders (close bonus)
Up to 10% residual commission on client spend for 12 months
5% bonus on event/catering upsells
Who You Are
Experienced in B2B sales (food, catering, SaaS, hospitality, events)
Self-motivated and great at building rapport with decision-makers
Organized and persistent in follow-up and pipeline management
Passionate about food, wellness, and creating value for organizations
