About the Role:

The Polian Agency in Waco, TX is looking for a driven and motivated Commission Based Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach

Present and sell products/services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals

Follow up with leads and manage a personal sales pipeline

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies

Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:

Previous sales experience preferred, but motivated newcomers are welcome to apply

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure

Reliable transportation and ability to work in the Waco, TX area

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
