    Job Description:

    We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for technology and real estate who is looking to earn significant income by leveraging their existing network and skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospect and Develop Leads: Identify and contact potential clients, including property managers, building owners, and real estate developers, to introduce them to MDU Solutions’ products and services.

    Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the MDU and commercial real estate sectors to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.

    Close Sales: Present, negotiate, and close sales contracts for the installation and implementation of our smart property technology solutions.

    Manage Pipeline: Track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress toward sales targets.

    CRM Management: Create, update, and maintain detailed records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all sales efforts.

    Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the MDU Solutions team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation and ongoing client support.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in property technology, real estate, or related fields.

    • Strong network of contacts within the MDU, property management, or real estate industry.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Experience with CRM systems and a commitment to keeping records accurate and up-to-date.

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

    • Results-driven with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
