We are a high-end manufacturer of luxury sofas and custom home theater interiors, working with affluent homeowners, designers, builders, and developers. We’re looking for a truly motivated representative — someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing high-ticket custom projects.

This is a 100% commission-based role with significant earning potential for the right professional.

What You’ll Do

Proactively generate new business (homeowners, designers, architects, builders)

Sell custom, high-end sofas and full home theater interior solutions

Own the sales process from first contact to close

Conduct client meetings, showroom presentations, and site visits

Build a personal book of business and long-term referral network

Work directly with ownership and production for custom solutions

Who You Are

Proven sales representative with experience in luxury furniture, interiors, AV, construction, or high-ticket sales

Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the close

Polished, professional, and confident with affluent clients

Self-directed, disciplined, and results-driven

Not dependent on inbound leads

Strong relationship builder with a long-term mindset

Compensation

Commission only – uncapped

High-ticket projects with strong margins

Ability to earn six figures+ based on performance

Commission paid per project closed (details discussed with qualified candidates)
