We’re looking for a hands-on Commissioning Controls Engineer / Specialist to lead the commissioning and startup of industrial automation systems across manufacturing sectors. This role focuses on onsite system validation, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of control systems
• Lead I/O checks, PLC/HMI testing, motor/VFD validation, and network diagnostics
• Support FAT/SAT testing and ensure full system functionality pre-handover
• Interpret control schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings
• Work with project teams to resolve field issues during commissioning

Requirements

• 3+ years in control system commissioning or startup
• Strong PLC/HMI troubleshooting skills (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Experience with VFDs, motor controls, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
